CRM 7008 - a course in how to analysis data collected for coastal research and management. Primarily, the course is taught using the data analysis routines in the programming language R. The course covers probabilities, estimation of parameters, basic statistics, parametric and non-parametric, univariate and multivariate statistics, GIS and Remote Sensing, network analysis, qualitative analysis, and Bayesian statistics.
